Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre

Is home to the Kunpen Lama Gangchen Association and the Temple of Heaven on Earth. A place of worship open to the public, it is dedicated to the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism and is increasingly a focal point for a community of people who share an interest in spirituality and a life in harmony with nature.
T.Y.S. Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, Tibetan lama and healer, founded the Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre in 1999.
A ‘little Tibet’ that preserves Himalayan art and culture and hosts Tibetan lamas and other teachers all year round.

Activities

All spiritual activities are free, thanks to the contributions of those who participate in the Garden of Generosity.

Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre organises:

Courses on philosophy, psychology and meditation and on the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing techniques
Daily prayer sessions and guided meditations such as the Guru Puja (celebrated daily since 11 September 2001, dedicated to world and environmental peace) and the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practice
Guided tours of the Temple
Spiritual retreats
Traditional Buddhist rituals of healing and pacification performed by Tibetan monks from important monasteries in India, Nepal, Mongolia and Tibet
Non-formal education inner peace activities for children and adults
Karma Yoga Programme: It is possible to dedicate your time and skills to the Centre by collaborating in activities.
Activities for psycho-physical well-being such as NgalSo Trulkor Yoga, NgalSo Chawang Reiki, Tibetan singing bowls…
Wellness consultations based on traditional Tibetan and Ayurvedic methods.
Astrological consultations.

Our services are designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Tourist information

Albagnano di Bee is located at an altitude of 600 metres, overlooking the picturesque panorama of Lake Maggiore and is close to the Sacro Monte della Santissima Trinità di Ghiffa nature reserve and the Val Grande National Park. It is an ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and relax in a pure and healthy environment.

Kunpen Lama Gangchen Association

Kunpen is a Tibetan word meaning ‘benefit for all beings’. The Kunpen Lama Gangchen Association, founded in Milan by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche in 1989, is a Buddhist religious organisation and member of the Italian Buddhist Union. The Association conducts all the activities at Kunpen Milano and Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre. To attend the centres and to make your own contribution it is important, as well as necessary, to make the membership card (Euro 30).
