Together on the Path
Lam Rim course based on the text “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand” of Paponka Rinpoche
10.30am – 1.00 pm and 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm
The Lam Rim, translated as “Gradual Path,” is a fundamental teaching of Tibetan Buddhism that guides practitioners through a systematic journey toward enlightenment. Based on the teachings of the Buddha, the Lam Rim was first structured by the Indian master Atisha and later expanded by Je Tsong Khapa, who wrote the “Lam Rim Chen Mo,” a detailed work that explores the stages of the path in relation to three types of practitioners: those of lower, medium, and higher capacities.
In Pabonka Rinpoche’s book “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand,” the Lam Rim is presented as a practical method for developing the mind and addressing inner afflictions. Rinpoche emphasizes the importance of renunciation, bodhicitta (the altruistic intention to attain enlightenment for the benefit of others), and the understanding of emptiness. These elements are essential for progressing on the spiritual path and realizing the true nature of reality.
The Lam Rim is not merely a series of instructions; it is an invitation to deeply reflect on one’s life and motivations. Through the practice of suggested meditations, practitioners can develop a clear vision of their spiritual aspirations and learn to navigate daily challenges with greater awareness and compassion. In this way, the Lam Rim serves as a valuable guide for anyone wishing to embark on a journey of personal and spiritual growth.
The Dharma is precious and has no price. Therefore, in accordance with tradition, an offering can be made for this activity according to each person’s possibilities and choice.

Singing Bowls
Deep relaxation
Our body is like a musical instrument that vibrates and resonates with its surroundings. If subjected to stressful situations, disturbing emotions and a polluted external environment, it loses its natural vibration and, similarly to a poorly tuned instrument, it is no longer able to express itself in harmony, reaching a misaligned, and sometimes blocked, state from which it is difficult to escape.
Tibetan bowls through sound and their powerful vibration can help us bring our body and mind back to a state of balance and harmony. By entering into resonance with the positive frequencies produced by these ancient instruments, the nervous system calms down, anxiety, stress and sleep disturbances are reduced, the muscles relax, circulation is reactivated, and the overall psycho-physical state of the person improves. increasing the feeling of well-being.
On a more subtle level they can help us get in touch with the deepest part of ourselves, increasing awareness and promoting the self-healing process.
Let’s dedicate this meeting to taking care of ourselves, letting go of what we don’t need and reconnecting with our inner space.

10.30 – 13.00 e 15.00 -17.00
The course is based on Lama Gangchen Rinpoche’s text Vajrapani the Destroyer of Darkness. A panacea that cures one hundred thousand diseases.
This is an extremely powerful practice that allows us to recognize and heal our negative emotions, traumas, and mental disturbances, which are projections of our subconscious. In ancient Himalayan cultures, all these factors were personified as external entities. With the practice of NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing of Vajrapani Hayagriva Garuda, we use archetypes of wisdom that help us overcome the dark aspects of our mind, guiding us on the path to enlightenment.
Practice of NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing of Vajrapani and recitation of the Vajrapani Hayagriva Garuda mantra

Four mandala of Tara Chittamani puja
The practice of Tara Chittamani is a special method in Tibetan Buddhism which helps to dissipate interferences and liberate sentient beings from any form of fear and dangers. The practice permits one to identify with the pure crystal energy of the female divinity Tara which actually is an archetype of the pure female energy free from fear. Tara is also known as the Liberator and Swift Heroine for the speed which characterizes her intervention. The special energy of Tara who is the consort of Buddha Amoghasiddhi, the Supreme Healer of fear, is the key to overcoming all external, internal and secret fears.
