The eleven yogas of the outer, inner and secret body mandalas of Venerable Vajrayogini
Lama Caroline will introduce us to the NgalSo practice of Vajrayogini transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche. Through this practice we learn to recognise and awaken the vajra points of our body, which correspond to the Vajrayogini mandala, allowing us to deeply heal our body, speech and mind. The practice includes the traditional eleven yogas of Vajrayogini in a concise manner.
The practice of Vajrayogini is extremely powerful, allowing us to realise the clear light of bliss by transforming sleeping, dreaming and awakening into the three buddha bodies.
The Dharma is precious and has no price. Therefore, in accordance with tradition, an offering can be made for this activity according to each person’s possibilities and choice.

Meditation and recitation ritual
The Guru Puja is a traditional meditation and recitation ritual of invocation and offerings to the spiritual guide, all the holy beings and all sentient beings. It is one of the most important practices of Tibetan Buddhism. In addition to being a comprehensive and excellent tool for spiritual development, its practise is an excellent method for pacifying negativities and incresing positive qualities and energies. The Guru Puja practice is performed daily in AHMC, and is dedicated to inner and world peace. During the tsog an offering prayer – ghanachakra – is recited 108 times. Lama Gangchen Rinpoche initiated this daily recitation dedicated for world peace right after the events in New York on the 11th of September 2001. Since then, the mantra has been recited over six million times. The Guru Puja a joyful celebration in which everyone can participate; a compendium of teachings of the Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions. Other than the dedication for world peace there are special dedications every day for those who request them and in particular for the particpants of the Generosity Garden. The text is available in the temple or can be purchased from the shop.

Event Details
Vajrayoghini Practice
The practice of Vajrayogini, one of the most important of the Mahanuttara Yoga Tantra, the highest class of Tantra, is considered one of the most powerful of all Buddhist Tantric meditations. Buddha emanated Vajrayogini, a special female enlightened being, 2500 years ago. She is the female counterpart of Heruka, the Lord of the Heroes, and she teaches us how to attain enlightenment through purifying our female essence, our dakini nature. In the course of centuries many high lamas, yogis and accomplished Mahasiddhas have explained that the tantra of Vajrayogini is an excellent antidote against the damages brought about by an excess of avidity and greed. Furthermore they stated that with the increasing levels of the moral and energetic degeneration of the planet, the Vajrayogini Tantra would have also acquired an increasingly greater power and that the realisations brought about by it’s practice can lead to Enlightenment in a single lifetime. This practice is particularly indicated for those who are consumed by desire; it is very simple although it contains the essence of all the tantras. Practicing with sincerity, it can help resolve desperate situations and lead quickly to the Pureland of the Dakinis and to the Clear Light of Bliss.
The text “The Quick Path to Great Bliss, the uncommon sadhana of Venerable Naro Kachö Vajrayoginī” composed by Kyabje Pabongkha Dechen Nyingpo will be recited.

The text “The Quick Path to Great Bliss, the uncommon sadhana of Venerable Naro Kachö Vajrayoginī” composed by Kyabje Pabongkha Dechen Nyingpo will be recited.

by Lama Tsongkhapa” and “The Melody of a Noble-Minded Proposal by Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen as an Answer to The Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by Lama Tsongkhapa” teaching by Lama Michel Rinpoche
An important text in which some fundamental questions concerning Buddhist practice are addressed. Lama Tsongkhapa asks some questions about vision, conduct and meditation and Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen offers his answers.
Lama Michel Rinpoche’s teachings on this text will lead us into an important insight into Buddhist philosophy and practice.
Combined NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practices, teaching by Lama Caroline
A synthesis of many of the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practices taught by Lama Gangchen over the years and collected together in a single meditative exercise, which he transmitted. The NgalSo practices are based on the use of various combined techniques: colour therapy, breathing therapy, mudras (sacred gestures), mantra recitation… as well as symbol and archetype visualisations.
The NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing – Combined Practice includes the NgalSo practices of purification of the elements and astrological energies, Black Manjusri, Eye-opening Chenresig, Parnashawari, and then, in sequence Self-Healing of the Five Supreme Healers, the Five Mothers of the Elements, Gujasamaja, Heruka, Vajrayogini, Yamantaka, Kalachakra and others. With a single exercise it is possible to go through many practices of the different tantra classes and receive the physical and mental benefits.
During this course Lama Caroline will particularly explore the NgalSo practices of Black Manjushri, Eye-opening Chenresig and Parnashawari.
