Kunpen Milan Centre
Kunpen Milan Centre is a place of peace and spirituality in the heart of the city. It offers the opportunity to learn traditional meditational techniques and to listen to ancient Buddhist philosophy and psychology teachings adapted to our contemporary lifestyle. The activities all take place in a beautiful Tibetan-style meditation hall.
The centre first opened its doors in 1989 for the study and dissemination of Vajrayana Buddhism. It frequently offers traditional Tibetan Buddhist rituals of healing and relaxation.
In 2019 the Kunpen Milan Centre was recognized as a place of worship and a prayer hall by the local administration of the city. Since then the centre appears on the official map of places of worship in the city of Milan.
