Activities at Kunpen Milan Centre
Kunpen Milan Centre offers the opportunity to follow introductory teachings on the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing methods and the basic principles of Buddhism, participate in initiations, ceremonies and meditative practices, guided by qualified lamas.
Recurring activities are the weekly Guru Puja and Mercoledi al Kunpen (Wednesday at Kunpen): a weekly philosophy teaching by Lama Michel Rinpoche, always concluded with the NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing Practice.
In addition, the centre hosts teachings and seminars on various techniques for physical and psychological well-being, such as Reiki, Singing Bowls, music therapy, art therapy and so on.
Every year during the month of Vesak, an international celebration recognised in the UN calendar, commemorating the birth, enlightenment and passing of Buddha Shakyamuni, the centre organises an interreligious prayer-meeting with the representatives of various spiritual traditions participating in the Forum of Religions of Milan.
For further information on the activities of the centre, see the programme.
