NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing

Meditation

Introduced by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing is a traditional Buddhist meditation practice adapted to the needs of modern society. It helps us to overcome our inner negativities in order to increase the positive aspects of our body and mind.
The practice helps us to reduce our mental afflictions such as anger, jealousy, arrogance, fear and ignorance, by developing qualities such as patience, humility, generosity, compassion, concentration and wisdom. It teaches us how to recognise and familiarise ourselves with the subtle energies of our body and mind, as a first step towards healing.  

Methods

The NgalSo Self-Healing practice uses methods that touch our mind in a positive way, they include: breathing techniques and therapies based on colour, sound, mantra, mudra or symbolic gestures, visualisation and so on. When we first start practising NgalSo Self-Healing we may not be aware of our subtle inner energy channels, but even if we do not understand exactly how they work we can still experience the positive effects on our body and mind.  

 

NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing is a daily practice in AHMC and is guided weekly by Lama Michel Rinpoche in Kunpen Milan Centre.
