The main meaning of Lha Bab Duchen is to celebrate the return of the Buddha from the celestial abode where he had taught the Dharma to his mother Mahadevi, who, thanks to these teachings, attained arhatship, freeing herself from the cycle of Samsara. On this festival day, meritorious actions are considered multiplied 100 million times, so it is tradition to dedicate the day to virtuous practices and prayers

Conclusion of the book tour for “Where Are You Going in Such a Hurry?”
With gentleness and depth, Lama Michel Rinpoche leads the reader on a journey to rediscover happiness, weaving together personal anecdotes and reflections on daily living. With a clear and authentic outlook, he guides us to the heart of Buddhist teachings, showing how to find inner peace that often seems distant. This is not an abstract lesson, but an invitation to start from each person’s doubts and difficulties, to understand what happiness truly is and how to train the mind by transforming relationships, work, and everyday challenges. It is a gift for seeing life with new eyes, cultivating awareness and kindness, and discovering that each of us can be part of the solution—even in facing the great challenges of our time.

Together on the Path
Lam Rim course based on the text “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand” of Paponka Rinpoche
10.30am – 1.00 pm and 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm
The Lam Rim, translated as “Gradual Path,” is a fundamental teaching of Tibetan Buddhism that guides practitioners through a systematic journey toward enlightenment. Based on the teachings of the Buddha, the Lam Rim was first structured by the Indian master Atisha and later expanded by Je Tsong Khapa, who wrote the “Lam Rim Chen Mo,” a detailed work that explores the stages of the path in relation to three types of practitioners: those of lower, medium, and higher capacities.
In Pabonka Rinpoche’s book “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand,” the Lam Rim is presented as a practical method for developing the mind and addressing inner afflictions. Rinpoche emphasizes the importance of renunciation, bodhicitta (the altruistic intention to attain enlightenment for the benefit of others), and the understanding of emptiness. These elements are essential for progressing on the spiritual path and realizing the true nature of reality.
The Lam Rim is not merely a series of instructions; it is an invitation to deeply reflect on one’s life and motivations. Through the practice of suggested meditations, practitioners can develop a clear vision of their spiritual aspirations and learn to navigate daily challenges with greater awareness and compassion. In this way, the Lam Rim serves as a valuable guide for anyone wishing to embark on a journey of personal and spiritual growth.

Retreat of Vajrayogini: The Quick Path to Great Bliss
The practice of Vajrayogini, one of the most important of the Mahanuttara Yoga Tantra, the highest class of Tantra, is considered one of the most powerful of all Buddhist Tantric meditations. Buddha emanated Vajrayogini, a special female enlightened being, 2500 years ago. She is the female counterpart of Heruka, the Lord of the Heroes, and she teaches us how to attain enlightenment through purifying our female essence, our dakini nature. It is an excellent antidote against limitless attachment and greed and the realisations brought about by it’s practice can lead to Enlightenment in a single lifetime.
Instructions for the Vajrayogini retreat
To do the retreat you must have already received in the past the Vajrayogini empowerment.
Those who wish to participate in the full retreat, in the meditation hall (on the second floor of the Temple), must necessarily attend all three daily sessions for the duration of the retreat.
The retreat will be conducted, in the traditional way, by Geshe Lobsang Puntsok: three daily sessions to be completed on the same meditation seat. In each session the sadhana will be recited together first and then the mantras individually. The retreat is only considered complete when each participant has recited 100,000 mantras.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the meditation hall.

Winter course
This year, Lama Michel Rinpoche will guide us in the mornings through the exploration of Buddhist philosophy, while in the afternoons, Lama Caroline will offer the opportunity to deepen the teachings and practice of Vajrayoghini. A unique journey of knowledge and spiritual experience not to be missed.
The Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa and The Melody of a Noble-Minded Proposal by Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen, as an Answer to the Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by Lama Tsongkhapa.
Lama Michel Rinpoche will guide us through the precious works: The Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa and The Melody of a Noble-Minded Proposal by Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen, as an Answer to the Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by Lama Tsongkhapa.
These special texts are profound instructions for the practice of conduct, meditation, and vision, essential elements of the path revealed by the Buddha, the path that leads to liberation from suffering and to the realization of a buddha’s state of profound love, peace, and wisdom.
The booklet integrates the two volumes, presenting Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen’s answers to each of the questions of the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa.
Sky dance of great bliss
NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practice
The eleven yogas of the outer, inner and secret body mandalas of Venerable Vajrayogini
Lama Caroline will introduce us to the NgalSo practice of Vajrayogini transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche. Through this practice we learn to recognise and awaken the vajra points of our body, which correspond to the Vajrayogini mandala, allowing us to deeply heal our body, speech and mind. The practice includes the traditional eleven yogas of Vajrayogini in a concise manner.
The practice of Vajrayogini is extremely powerful, allowing us to realise the clear light of bliss by transforming sleeping, dreaming and awakening into the three buddha bodies.
