Conscious Dance – Movement as a Meditative Practice
A moment dedicated to anyone who feels the need to re-establish an authentic connection with their own body, without any technical requirements or performative outcomes. Movement becomes a tool for listening and exploration through physical and gestural inquiry, drawing on the principles of theater-dance, yoga, and meditation. Starting from breath awareness with eyes closed and the perception of one’s own weight, we proceed to explore space according to suggested dynamics and through movement experimentation, with the aim of fostering centering, release from tensions, and expressive freedom.
A conscious inquiry practice through movement: a safe, non-judgmental space in which to inhabit the body, listen to it, and recognize it as a possibility for knowledge, presence, and transformation.
Booking is required by September 8 at the reception: reception@kunpen.it

Astrological Healing Practices
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
NgalSo Lama Gangchen’s astrological healing practices help us gain awareness of the profound connection between our body and mind actions and the five cosmic elements.
The sutras taught by the Buddha, included in this text, are:
-
Offerings to the Seven Lords of the Constellations
-
The Great Vehicle Sutra called “The Supreme Dissipator of the Darkness of the Ten Directions”
-
The Heap of Auspiciousness – Tashi Tsegpa
According to the Buddha’s teachings, reciting these precious sutras removes life’s interferences, nightmares, ill omens, and mental terror, while bestowing happiness, well-being, and the three perfections of auspiciousness, bliss, and goodness.

Event Details
In an age of constant speed and relentless stimulation, an invitation to slow down and reconnect. Join Peter Webb and Fernanda Lenz for a day where nature is our teacher and guide, set in the beautiful landscape surrounding the Albagnano Healing Meditation Center—a place of forests and rivers that invites contemplation and renewal. Through observation, artistic exploration, and dialogue, we will tune into the wisdom that lives within us, discovering how the five elements of the natural world and our own nature are ONE.
I am Peter Webb, born in Australia where I came to realise that my blood is green and that plants and landscapes are my passion.
I studied horticulture and permaculture and have always worked with plants professionally in various different countries.
I came to accept my perception of Nature through my contact with the Findhorn community, the works of Rudolph Steiner, Johannes Goethe, Jochen Bochemuhl and through the inspired work of various phenomenologists .
During the last 20 years or so, my vision has embraced Tibetan Buddhism and the teachings of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche and Lama Michel Rinpoche. Together with Bel Cesar, my wife, we work with eco-psychology in a search for reuniting people and nature; the inner and outer world which are in fact one.
Fernanda Lenz grew up immersed in Buddhist practice alongside her brother, Lama Michel Rinpoche. With a background in Design for Sustainability, group facilitation and regenerative education, she found in Joanna Macy’s Deep Ecology the bridge between her spiritual roots and her ecological vocation. Her work creates spaces for collective healing, inviting people and organisations to move through apathy and rediscover a sense of belonging — with themselves, with others, and with the Earth.

It helps us to overcome our negativities and to strengthen us mentally and physically.
The practice is aimed to diminish our mental defilements like anger, jealousy, arrogance, fear and ignorance. And it helps to develop our qualities such as patience, humility, generosity, compassion, concentration and wisdom. It teaches us how to recognise and familiarise ourselves with the subtle energies of our body and mind, as the first step towards healing.

Meditation and recitation ritual
The Guru Puja is a traditional meditation and recitation ritual of invocation and offerings to the spiritual guide, all the holy beings and all sentient beings. It is one of the most important practices of Tibetan Buddhism. In addition to being a comprehensive and excellent tool for spiritual development, its practise is an excellent method for pacifying negativities and incresing positive qualities and energies. The Guru Puja practice is performed daily in AHMC, and is dedicated to inner and world peace. During the tsog an offering prayer – ghanachakra – is recited 108 times. Lama Gangchen Rinpoche initiated this daily recitation dedicated for world peace right after the events in New York on the 11th of September 2001. Since then, the mantra has been recited over six million times. The Guru Puja a joyful celebration in which everyone can participate; a compendium of teachings of the Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions. Other than the dedication for world peace there are special dedications every day for those who request them and in particular for the particpants of the Generosity Garden. The text is available in the temple or can be purchased from the shop.
