Vajrayoghini Dajug: self-empowerment of Vajrayogini

The Sky Dance of Great Bliss

The practice of Vajrayogini, one of the most important of the Mahanuttara Yoga Tantra, the highest class of Tantra, is considered one of the most powerful of all Buddhist Tantric meditations. Buddha emanated Vajrayogini, a special female enlightened being, 2500 years ago. She is the female counterpart of Heruka, the Lord of the Heroes, and she teaches us how to attain enlightenment through purifying our female essence, our dakini nature. It is an excellent antidote against limitless attachment and greed and the realisations brought about by it’s practice can lead to Enlightenment in a single lifetime. This self-empowerment practice is only open to those who have previously completed the Vajrayogini retreat.

Introduction to Buddhist philosophy 

from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

Lama Michel Rinpoche will touch on the main themes that characterize the Buddhist path with his spontaneous and direct approach, sharing his experience and knowledge. It is not a question of theoretical teachings of philosophy, but of teachings adapted to our daily reality, which offer a different interpretation of our life. Suitable for anyone interested in becoming familiar with their mind and understanding the relationship among us, what happens and our surrounding reality.Refuge Ceremony.

• Stupa of Lama Gangchen

• Temple of Heaven on Earth (architecture, painting and sacred sculpture, Tara Gompa, museum and library)

Refuge ceremony

Taking refuge in Buddha Dharma and Sangha is the entry door to the Path of liberation from suffering.It also offers protection in day to day life against negative energies and reduces the power of our inner afflictions.

Morning Inspirations

Short but powerful teachings on various aspects of Tibetan Buddhism, in Italian and/or English, depending on the audience. Simultaneous translation is always available.
