Ayurveda in the kitchen
Food is prana (life-giving force): this is the foundation of Ayurveda. The disease comes to the body when a wrong diet is taken. To balance health, the right choice of food should be selected based on season and period of the day. “Let food be your medicine” said also Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine. The source of pure consciousness is the purity in food.
Location: Gangchen Labrang, Albagnano Healing Meditation Center
Please reserve your place either on Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th emailing the reception at: reception@kunpen.it The course lasts a full day and a maximum of 15 participants can join each day.
