Tara Chittamani is a special practice in Tibetan Buddhism which helps us to connect and identify with the pure crystal energy of the female divinity Tara, also known as the Liberator and Swift Heroine for the speed which characterises her intervention. The special energy of Tara, who is the consort of Buddha Amoghasiddhi, the Supreme Healer of fear, is a precious method to overcoming all external, internal and secret fears and to progressing quickly on the spiritual path until enlightenment.

The Dharma is precious and has no price. Therefore, in accordance with tradition, an offering can be made for this activity according to each person’s possibilities and choice.
