This intensive retreat of the Tara practice will include the recitation of the 21 Taras for 24 hours (with sessions of 2 hours). It is dedicated to the pacification of all ongoing conflicts at this time, to the overcoming of all obstacles and fears, to the pacification of astrological and environmental imbalances, as well as to restore balance of the five elements and to the fulfillment of our wishes. The practice of Tara Cittamani is a special Tibetan Buddhist method to help dissipate interferences and to liberate all living beings from all forms of fear and danger. The practice allows us to identify with the pure crystal energy of the female deity Tara, also known as the Liberator and Swift Heroine for the speed that characterizes her action. The special energy of Tara, consort of the Supreme Healer of fear, Buddha Amogasiddhi, is the key to overcoming all outer, inner and secret fears.

17.30 Meeting with Lama Michel Rinpoche “The sound inside us”
21.00 Concert by Giuseppe Russo Rossi First viola of the Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala in Milan “dialogues with the artist” Pierfrancesco Pacoda
Here, music meets spirituality with a sound journey entrusted to the splendid artistic qualities of Giuseppe Russo Ross, a very young talent of classical music, first viola of the Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
The aim of the event is to revive the squares that return to being a place of meeting, of sharing, the ‘heart’ of small communities that also open up to a younger audience, who will be able to reflect on spirituality.
Giving, after the conversation, a small concert strictly in acoustic, designed specifically for the chosen places, with personal reinterpretations that will be possible to listen to only on this occasion.
The show will therefore be an absolute first, unique and unrepeatable, a production conceived and created only for the festival, a unicum in the Italian music scene.
Giuseppe Russo Rossi
“He is a complete musician, with an absolute musical talent, a brilliant technique and a warm, powerful and fascinating sound” (Salvatore Accardo)
“He is one of the most excellent violists I have ever met, gifted with a complete instrumental technique and a passionate and fiery temperament that instills enthusiasm in the instrumentalists with whom he collaborates. A perfect musician always open to experimentation to refine his performances” (Rocco Filippini)
Having graduated at 17 in violin and viola with top marks, honors and honorable mention from the “N. Piccinni” Conservatory in Bari, the Accademia Santa Cecilia in Rome and the Hochschule der Kunste in Bern, Giuseppe Russo Rossi is first viola at the Teatro Alla Scala and a teacher at the Accademia della Scala.
Musica e Spiritualità is curated by Simona Eugenelo, artistic direction by Pierfrancesco Pacoda

Art and Spirituality: A Journey to Kathmandu Exploring Artisan Workshops and Sacred Buddhist Sites
From October 28 to November 9, 2025
This journey will take us to discover Tibetan craftsmanship through the production of items linked to the spiritual practice of Buddhism. Together, we will learn to create incense, wearable protective amulets, and intricately carved furnishings for temples and sacred spaces.
We will be hosted at the Drubkhang Gangchen Labrang by the family of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche and guided by the artisans of his workshop. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to visit stupas, temples, and sacred sites in the Kathmandu Valley—one of the most revered places in the world for Buddhist practitioners—as well as monasteries connected to our lineage.
A workshop on making momo, the traditional Tibetan dumplings, will also be organized under the guidance of the Drubkhang kitchen team.
