The Completion Stage: The eight pillars of victory over the eight fears
To complete the construction of the Temple and the access road we still need your support, so let’s all make this last effort together!
This new fundraising campaign ‘The eight pillars of victory over the eight fears’ is dedicated to the completion phase of the Temple and Tharlam Road – the road to liberation – which will give new and easier access to AHMC and the Temple.
The eight pillars are located outside the main entrance of the Temple. Each pillar represents victory over one of the eight fears: wrong view, miserliness, jealousy and envy, pride, anger and hatred, doubt, ignorance, attachment.
The eight pillars also represent the Noble Eightfold Path: correct view, correct determination, correct speech, correct action, correct livelihood, correct effort, correct awareness and correct concentration.
Your name and dedication can be associated with the pillar of your choice. The dedications will be inserted before the final decorative casing is applied around each pillar. Any donation can be in the name of a person or for a specific purpose
Masterplan Final Goal
The remaining estimated cost to complete the Temple of Heaven on Earth and the Tharlam road project is Euro 340.000.
