Yamantaka practice

The Yamantaka practice is based on the secret Mahamudra Ganden Nyengyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. The Yamantaka Tantra offers us a key to understanding and harmonising the energies of the body and mind with those of the world in which we live. Yamantaka – who is the wrathful manifestation of Manjuhsri, the Buddha of Wisdom – is the transformer of the violence that destroys our vital energy on external, internal and secret levels.
