Lojong: The seven points mind training con Lama Michel Rinpoche
The seven points mind training was brought to Tibet by Atisha and written by Geshe Chekawa (1102-1176). He introduced the traditional doctrine of the ‘seven points training’ with the following divisions: The preliminaries and the Bodhichitta training, how to transform adverse circumstances into the path, understanding the ways to transform the mind, advices for the actual practice.
The Seven Points are:
Making peace with the environment by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche with Lama Caroline
The feminine energy and the regeneration of the outer and inner environments according to a tantric view
A NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practice that, with mantras, mudras, breathing and visualisations, works on our chakras, channels of subtle energy and on our inner elements and, consequently, on the outer elements of the environment.
“All of us use to listen to the news: Mother Earth, Mother Water, Mother Fire, Mother Wind and Mother Space are sick. So please everyone lets join together and make peace with the environment!
The modern world looks very clean, very perfect, but the modern world inside is full of dangerous environmental pollutions. I would like to dedicate my prayers and efforts to take care of the environment. We need to leave a good message for now and for the future generations – this is our responsibility. Our NgalSo groups need to emphasise Self-Healing, inner peace education and taking care of the environment. We need to recognise the outer and inner environment, it’s too precious. Inner and outer peace and an healthy environment are inseparable, so we need to take care of both of them. Being ethical means creating inner and outer peace and a healthy environment”.
T.Y.S. Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, 1993
