Transmission commentary on the practice of Tantric Self-Healing NgalSo 

The NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing method, transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, is based on the ancient Vajrayana Tantric tradition, the Diamond Vehicle. It teaches how to recognize, relax and purify the energies of body, speech and mind. The technique works on the five chakras, vital centers of psychophysical energies to which different parts of the body and emotional aspects of the mind are subtly connected. By means of mudras, mantras, visualizations and breath meditations, the polluted and impure energies of body and mind are transformed into pure energies and qualities like those of the Buddhas.
