REIKI LEVEL I (SHODEN)

The first level course, lasting a day, lets us by activations to reopen our energy channel and to connect with the Universal Energy, that we become a “channel” where the energy begins to flow.

In this level you are taught the positions of both hands for self treatment and for the treatment of other people. It begins with the first level our path of “personal growth” that helps us to get in touch with ourselves and with the “whole”
