On the second Sunday of each month Lama Michel Rinpoche will touch upon the main themes that characterise the Buddhist path with his spontaneous and direct approach, sharing his experience and knowledge. These are not theoretical teachings of philosophy but teachings adapted to our daily reality, offering a different interpretation of our life. The teachings are aimed at anyone interested in familiarising themselves with their own mind, understanding the relationships between us, the things that happen to us and our surrounding reality.
