Different programs will take place in different rooms:

In the main prayer hall – ground floor 

Throughout the day, Tibetan monks preparing the mandala of colored sands.

8 am – 10 am Traditional Yamantaka ritual and guru puja, with Tibetan monks 

10 am – 11 am Introduction to Buddhism, with Lama Michel Rinpoche

11 am – 12 am NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing: Guided Meditation, with Lama Michel Rinpoche 

5 pm – 6:30 pm Tsog offering and dedications, with Lama Michel Rinpoche and Lama Caroline

6:30 pm – 7:00 pm Tibetan sacred songs from the NgalSo Ganden Nyengyu tradition

In the Tara meditation hall – first floor 

12 am- 2 pm Tara puja with Tibetan monks

3 pm – 4 pm Q&A on Buddhism, with Lama Caroline 

4 pm – 5 pm Self-Healing for the Environment – Shin Kam Jong So: Guided Meditation, with Lama Caroline

At the stupa 

9 am – 7 pm explanation of the meaning of the Stupa, the offerings, the Tibetan flags 

In the therapy room 

11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Tibetan medicine: brief consultation (15 minutes) for diagnosis of psychophysical constitution, with Amji Tsetan, a graduate of traditional Tibetan medicine. Herbal tea tasting. 

In the Mongolian Yurta tent 

11 am- 7 pm Evolutionary Astrology: brief consultation (15 minutes), to identify talents and strengths in one’s evolutionary path, with Lucia Musto and Giusy Menga.

Please note: The Piccolo Tibet road from Arizzano (location i Mulini) will be closed.

Free Park and Ride Service:

A free shuttle service will connect Verbania-Intra, Via Arturo Farinelli 10 (former Cipir parking, in front of the stadium) to Bee. Departure from Intra and Bee approximately every hour. 

First shuttle from Verbania: 9:30 am

Last shuttle from Bee: 6:45 pm

Drinking water:

Drinking water will be available to all in the Centre gardens. It is recommended to bring a water bottle or glass with you
