The Easter course will focus on the practice of NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing as it was performed with Lama Gangchen at the stupa mandala of Borobudur in Indonesia. Rinpoche spoke several times of how, at the mandala of Borobudur, he received the inspiration and visions of NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing.

During the course we will meditate following the two visualizations:

– the external mandala of Borobudur, imagining circumambulating the stupa according to the sequence of the Supreme Healers in the cardinal directions.

– the inner body mandala with the Five Dhyani Buddhas at the five chakras.
