Dharma in the Nature
A week in contact with the five elements to nourish our body and mind
Hikes in the woods, meditations in nature and teachings, including outdoors, with Lama Michel Rinpoche. And… Hatha Yoga sessions, Pranayama, yoga, healthy lifestyle conference that inspired us with doctors Maria Teresa Anfossi, Elkana Waarsenburg and Rogier Hoenders, evening surprise programmes. We cannot only rely on the doctor to be healthy and feel well. We also need to take responsibility by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. But what is exactly a healthy lifestyle? In this wellness week, we will learn about the five elements in connection with body and mind, the microbiota, the effects of a healthy diet, exercise, relaxation, sleep and more. We will look at the newest scientific evidence and hear talks from therapists and doctors with clinical experience on this subject. We will learn how a healthy lifestyle can prevent heart disease, cancer and mental health disorders. Possibility of individual meetings for astrological map reading and treatments and massages with our therapists.
The event is dedicated to our physical well-being, subtle energy healing and inner growth.
The Dharma is precious and priceless. Dharma activities are free to enter and based on free donations, while for other activities we suggest a donation of €30 per day or a free donation within your means.
