Walks in the woods, meditations in nature, and teachings—sometimes outdoors—with Lama Michel Rinpoche. And then… Hatha Yoga sessions, Pranayama, inspiring talks, and surprise evening programs.
To stay healthy and feel good, we can’t rely solely on our doctor; we must take responsibility for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. But what is a healthy lifestyle? During this week dedicated to well-being, we will learn about the five elements, psychophysical constitutions, systemic balance, the effects of a healthy diet, the importance of physical exercise, relaxation, sleep, and more. We will examine the latest scientific evidence and hear from therapists and doctors with clinical experience in the field. We will learn how a healthy lifestyle can prevent heart disease, cancer, and mental disorders.
There will be opportunities for individual sessions for astrological chart readings, as well as treatments and massages with our therapists.

Kaki Tree Ceremony at the tree • Talk by Lama Michel Rinpoche, in connection with the Dharma and Nature project and journey, readings and talks by the Kaki Tree Committee, and a moment of collective and symbolic reflection with the European kaki trees.

Gong Bath offered by the Kaki Tree Committee. A sound meditation open to all, led by Maria Adele Capucci—in the Yoga room or outdoors.
