Celebration of Lha Bab Duchen

The main meaning of Lha Bab Duchen is to celebrate the return of the Buddha from the celestial abode where he had taught the Dharma to his mother Mahadevi, who, thanks to these teachings, attained arhatship, freeing herself from the cycle of Samsara.
