This year, Lama Michel Rinpoche will guide us in the mornings through the exploration of Buddhist philosophy, while in the afternoons, Lama Caroline will offer the opportunity to deepen the teachings and practice of Vajrayoghini. A unique journey of knowledge and spiritual experience not to be missed.
The Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa and The Melody of a Noble-Minded Proposal by Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen, as an Answer to the Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by Lama Tsongkhapa.
Lama Michel Rinpoche will guide us through the precious works: The Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa and The Melody of a Noble-Minded Proposal by Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen, as an Answer to the Very Wholesome Questions Expressed with an Extraordinary Attitude by Lama Tsongkhapa.
These special texts are profound instructions for the practice of conduct, meditation, and vision, essential elements of the path revealed by the Buddha, the path that leads to liberation from suffering and to the realization of a buddha’s state of profound love, peace, and wisdom.
The booklet integrates the two volumes, presenting Panchen Losang Chökyi Gyaltsen’s answers to each of the questions of the incomparable Dharma King Lama Tsongkhapa.

NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing practice
The eleven yogas of the outer, inner and secret body mandalas of Venerable Vajrayogini
Lama Caroline will introduce us to the NgalSo practice of Vajrayogini transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche. Through this practice we learn to recognise and awaken the vajra points of our body, which correspond to the Vajrayogini mandala, allowing us to deeply heal our body, speech and mind. The practice includes the traditional eleven yogas of Vajrayogini in a concise manner.
The practice of Vajrayogini is extremely powerful, allowing us to realise the clear light of bliss by transforming sleeping, dreaming and awakening into the three buddha bodies.
