Tibetan Singing Bowls Retreat
A special one-week retreat dedicated to Tibetan bells, immersed in the nature and peace of Albagnano.
This course is open to everyone:
Those who have already attended the various levels
Those who wish to deepen their practice
Those approaching the path of sound and peace for the first time
Often, in the places where I teach, we only have a weekend or two days to practice. But time is never enough to truly deepen.
That’s why a full week together is a precious and rare opportunity.
🌿 An experience in nature and the temple
We will practice:
In the grand temple, the “Temple of Heaven on Earth”
Amid the woods
Walking in nature with Tibetan bells
Climbing to the splendid church of San Salvatore
Visiting the sacred area of the Santissima Trinità di Ghiffa
Meditating by the rivers and in the meadows
It will be a week of harmony, sound, walking, and sharing.
A true time to dedicate oneself deeply to the practice.
In recent years, my commitments have become increasingly intense, and the time I can devote to such long retreats is rarer than ever.
That’s why this retreat is a special and unlikely-to-be-repeated opportunity.

Saturday and Sunday from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
A first weekend during which, following the path of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche’s NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing, we will draw the mandalas of the five elements at our five chakras. The course is open to all and requires no training in the art of drawing.
Children over the age of 5 are also welcome.
Students who have already attended Duccio’s courses are welcome. It will be the teacher’s responsibility to follow each one according to the level they have reached.

Limited number of participants, booking required.
Leonardo ‘Duccio’ Ceglie
He attended art school and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and met Lama Gangchen Rinpoche in 1984 at the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute in Pomaia.
A Tibetan friend, Pempa Tsering, advised him to try painting a small Buddha Cenresig and to make a gift of it to Lama Gangchen. The Lama immediately commissioned him to paint another Buddha and then another and another. Over the years he became his disciple and continued to paint Tibetan tangkas following his instructions. He accompanied the Lama on many pilgrimages to the Buddha’s main holy places and to the great monasteries, taking his canvases and paints with him and thus deepening his knowledge of Tibetan sacred painting.

Together on the Path
Lam Rim course based on the text “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand” of Paponka Rinpoche
Saturday 10.30- 13.00
Sunday 10.30am – 1.00 pm and 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm
The Lam Rim, translated as “Gradual Path,” is a fundamental teaching of Tibetan Buddhism that guides practitioners through a systematic journey toward enlightenment. Based on the teachings of the Buddha, the Lam Rim was first structured by the Indian master Atisha and later expanded by Je Tsong Khapa, who wrote the “Lam Rim Chen Mo,” a detailed work that explores the stages of the path in relation to three types of practitioners: those of lower, medium, and higher capacities.
In Pabonka Rinpoche’s book “Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand,” the Lam Rim is presented as a practical method for developing the mind and addressing inner afflictions. Rinpoche emphasizes the importance of renunciation, bodhicitta (the altruistic intention to attain enlightenment for the benefit of others), and the understanding of emptiness. These elements are essential for progressing on the spiritual path and realizing the true nature of reality.
The Lam Rim is not merely a series of instructions; it is an invitation to deeply reflect on one’s life and motivations. Through the practice of suggested meditations, practitioners can develop a clear vision of their spiritual aspirations and learn to navigate daily challenges with greater awareness and compassion. In this way, the Lam Rim serves as a valuable guide for anyone wishing to embark on a journey of personal and spiritual growth.

NgalSo Self-Healing retreat of the Five Supreme Healers
The practice of NgalSo Self-Healing transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche is a method to relax and heal the body, speech and mind as well as a complete spiritual path to achieve the fully peaceful state of a buddha. This method works on the energy chnnels and five main chakras of our subtle body and aims to transform our mental defilements such as ignorance, attachment, anger, pride and fear into the positive qualities of wisdom, concentration, compassion, generosity and rejoicing. This integrated therapy system helps us to heal from the deep causes of our mental and physical suffering through the use of: meditation, concentration, visualisation, breathing, recitation, sacred gestures (mudras), colour, prayer and so on.
The detailed program will be published shortly.

Yoga is the science of self-realization, a path to self-care and the body-mind, to utilize natural energies to elevate one’s spirit and connect with the divine within.
The 5 elements—earth, water, fire, wind, and space—and the 5 vayus (commonly called pranas)—or life forces—are the foundation for this path. Each of the elements and vayus/pranas has a specific function and location in the body.
Over the course of the week, we will learn to utilize these energies for our personal and collective yogic journey. Each day will be dedicated to a specific element and prana:
Day One: Earth Element – Prana Vayu (chest and head)
Day Two: Water Element – Udana Vayu (throat and head)
Day Three: Fire Element – Samana Vayu (navel)
Day Four: Wind Element – Apana Vayu (lower abdomen)
Day Five: Space Element – Vyana Vayu (widespread throughout the body)
We will learn to balance the 5 elements and the 5 vayus/pranas through asanas, Ayurveda, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, and lifestyle planning. Finally, on Day Six, we will discover how to cook to restore balance to the body-mind through appropriate nutrition. Each session will be held in an environment suited to the specific element and vayu/prana.
Functions of the vayus/pranas
Prana: controls breathing and energy absorption.
Apana: governs elimination and downward-moving energy.
Samana: regulates digestion and assimilation.
Udana: controls speech, self-expression, and ascending energy.
Vyana: manages the circulation and distribution of energy throughout the body.
Bring comfortable clothing, a light blanket, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and shoes for outdoor excursions.
Participation can be for the day or for the entire workshop. Reservations are required at reception: reception@kunpen.it
