Teaching and practice of Chenresig Semny NgalSo

Chenresig Semny NgalSo is a manifestation of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of compassion, in the aspect of giving rest and regeneration. He is white in color, has a peaceful, smiling expression and is seated on a lotus flower in the royal posture of relaxing NgalSo.
The practice of this form of Chenresig, transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, promotes physical and mental healing processes and, through the development of the special qualities of compassion, is a method of ‘coming out of the swamp of samsara’ and progressing on one’s spiritual path to enlightenment.
