 – Reiki ‘harmonisations’, channelling Universal (Rei) Energy (Ki) through the hands and breath, combined with the astrological practice of Black Manjushri, a Buddhist deity who transforms and prevents astrological interferences; 

– self-treatment combined with circular breathing and the vibration of the drum and Tibetan bells.

Use of visualisations and techniques from the second level of Usui Reiki, Chawang NgalSo Reiki and ‘Reiki breath’ to send transformative energy to certain situations in life, creating more functional and positive realities.
