The finality of this work is to recognize, activate, become aware and integrate the energy of the 7 main chakras,
as part of a higher universal consciousness, for the benefit of our psycho-physical and mental balance and harmony.
 
Being aware of who we are and our infinite potential changes the attitude towards life and the relationship with others.

We will explore the energy of the 7 main chakras:
. The lower triangle (1st-2nd-3th chakras)
. The superior triangle, the energy of the subtle bodies (5th-6th-7th chakras)
. The neutral magnetic field of the heart centre (4th chakra)
