Vajrapani Hayagriva Garuda Empowerment and practice
The practice of Vajrapani Hayagriva Garuda is a very ancient method of Himalayan Buddhism. It addresses and cures in particular the psychological problems that characterize humanity and, more than ever, the current generation.
The practice is based on the use of particular archetypes capable of recognizing and transforming the so-called “demons of the mind” or all the negative projections, produced by thought, which lead us to experience phobias, great anxieties and all those strong disturbing emotions that have a negative effect on the conscious and unconscious mind, as well as on the physical body.

Lojong: the seven point mental training
The seven points mind training was brought to Tibet from Atisha and written by Geshe Chekawa (1102-1176). He introduced the traditional doctrine of the ‘seven points training’ with the following divisions. ‘The preliminaries and the Bodhichitta training, how to transform adverse circumstances into the path, understanding the ways to transform the mind, advices for the actual practice’.
The Seven Points are:
1. the preliminaries of the mind training
2. the main practice of the Bodhichitta mind training
3. transforming adversities into the Path towards Awakening
4. applying the practice during the entire life
5. the signs of having mastered the mind training
6. the commitments of the mind training
7. the precepts of the mind training
