Art and spirituality: a journey to Kathmandu, between Tibetan craftsmanship and sacred Buddhist sites

If you wish to explore the craftsmanship, culture, and – above all – the spirituality of a people who preserve, transform, and nurture a tradition spanning millennia, this is the journey you have been looking for.

Our experience includes workshops that offer a hands-on introduction to the creation of sacred objects: thread mandalas worn as pendants, incense, and hand-decorated wooden items such as incense burners and altars.

The journey will be further enriched by visits to the valley’s most important sacred Buddhist sites. We will also be hosted at our lamas’ retreat center in the Boudhanath district.
