Body and Movement Workshop, open only to women and people who identify as female

Arcaica. Space for embodied physiology, body and energetic posture is an experiential workshop dedicated to women and people who identify as women. It is aimed at those who feel they have often succumbed to conventions, expectations and imposed roles, putting their truth and authenticity on the back burner.  Through embodiment practices and work on the pelvis, voice, and posture, the workshop invites participants to unmask an apparent calm, which is often the result of self-containment, and to bring back into the light what has been silenced or tamed. It is not a course on how to manage oneself better, but an initiatory rite for women who wish to embody their own sovereignty without softening, diminishing, or betraying themselves. A path to rediscover the strength, authenticity, and power of one’s own body and presence.

Alessandra Scarci is a psychologist, holds a PhD in psychological sciences and techniques, and is an artist, performer and spiritual seeke. By integrating the academic dimension with the symbolic and the embodied, she creates experiences that bring together mind, body, voice, and presence. In her work, she guides professionals, artists, and women toward a new energetic posture: freer, more authentic, more grounded in the body, and less centered on intellectual performance.
