Here, music meets spirituality through a meeting with an acclaimed name in our singer-songwriter scene, the refined interpreter of ballads strongly imbued with sentiment, Cristina Donà, an original protagonist of the new Italian sound culture.

The aim of the festival is to revive the squares that are once again becoming a place of meeting, sharing, the ‘heart’ of small communities that also open up to a younger audience, who can reflect on spirituality.

After the conversation, she will give a small, strictly acoustic concert, specially designed for the chosen venues, with personal re-interpretations of the repertoire of the guest musicians, which can only be heard on this occasion.

The show will therefore be a world premiere, unique and unrepeatable, a production conceived and created only for the festival, a unique event in the Italian musical panorama.

Cristina Donà

The first Italian singer to perform at the Meltdown Festival in London, Cristina Donà is surely one of the few Italian artists capable of “rivaling” the great colleagues who abroad, like her, have reinvented the model of performer and author in the field of rock music. She has won the acclaim of personalities such as Robert Wyatt and David Byrne.
