A journey of Activation and energetic exploration
through the physical-energetic-emotional-mental and spiritual body
 
A path of conscience to understand the Human BEING
from the material aspect to the subtlest, in the clarity of unity with the understanding of the universal whole.
 
Energy is life in motion, it is information that vibrates at a certain speed (Prana or subtle energy)
and the Chakra is the energetic part of each center, circular energy of light that regulates the physical body.
The energy channel distributes prana (subtle energy) to purify the body, connecting the chakras and the physical body.
 
7 are the main chakras:
each center represents a state of consciousness, with a specific energy frequency, includes a group of organs, an endocrine gland and a muscular sector, coordinated by the central nervous system and the autonomic nervous system.
 
The distribution of energy depends on these “7 centers of power”, each with a different vibrational level:
lower frequencies in the lower triangle (1-2-3 chakra) and higher frequencies in the 4th chakra and upper triangle (5-6-7 chanka).
 
The goal of this work is to activate, express, become aware and integrate the energy of the energy centers through expressive movement, body alignment and meditation, for the benefit of our psycho-physical-emotional and mental health.
 
Being aware of who we are changes the attitude towards life and the relationship with others.
 
We will explore the energy of the 3 energy centers 5-6-7 chakras
representing the SUPERIOR TRIANGLE, the ENERGY of the subtle bodies,
the FREE Expression of being and the understanding that we are something much greater
and elevated with respect to the physical and earthly dimension … the creative and intuitive mind
