Healing Sound with Thonla Sonam

10.30 am -1.00pm and 3.00 pm -7.00pm

Six days workshop for all those who wish to get closer to the Tibetan bells in a very suggestive natural environment. Bells, together with mantras, mudras and reiki practice, will be practiced outdoor, on meadows and along rivers. The work will create, also using the sounds of nature, an environment of psycho-physical harmony. 

No prior knowledge or skills are required, so participation is open to all. If you are interested please give your adhesion in time because the places are very limited (the rules of social distancing will be respected). The fee of 200€, required for participation, will be donated to the purchase of the ornaments of a memorial stupa, dedicated to Drubwang Gangchen Rinpoche, which is being completed in Kathmandu, Nepal, and which is a symbol of enlightenment and inner peace and world peace.
