Journey through the body – 2° event – The spiritual body: the manifestation of the Being Energetic activation 5th-6th-7th chakra

A path of consciousness to understand the Human BEING

from the most material to the most subtle, in the clarity of unity with the understanding of the universal whole.

 

Energy is life in motion, it is information that vibrates at a certain speed (Prana or subtle energy)

and the Chakra is the energetic part of each center, circular energy of light that regulates the physical body.

The Energy Channel distributes prana (subtle energy) in order to purify the body, linking chakras and the physical body.

 

7th  are the main Chakras,

Each center represents a state of consciousness, with a specific energetic frequency, it includes a group of organs, an endocrine gland and a muscular sector, coordinated by the central nervous system and the autonomic nervous system.

 

The distribution of energy depends on these “7 power centers”, each with a different vibrational level:

lower frequencies in the lower triangle (1th-2th-3th chakras) and higher frequencies in the 4th chakra and in the upper triangle (5th-6th-7th chankras).

 

The objective of this work is to activate, express, become aware of and integrate the energy of the energy centers through expressive movement, body alignment and meditation, for the benefit of our psycho-physical-emotional and mental health.

 

When we move and express ourselves freely, according to the rhythm and contact with others, we make way for energy, emotions, feelings, desires, cellular memories stored in the body.

 

Being aware of who I am, at every moment, changes the attitude towards life and the relationship with others.

We will explore the energy of the 3 energy centers 5th-6th-7th chakra

that represent the SUPERIOR TRIANGLE, the ENERGY of the subtle bodies,

the FREE Expression of being and the understanding that we are something much bigger
