NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing Practice is a spiritual practice of recitation and meditation. According to the Vajrayana tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, it is a self-initiation practice within the anuttarayoga tantra, which means the highest yoga tantra.
The main goal in Buddhism is to eliminate our ignorance and selfishness, which means to eliminate fear, jealousy, pride, arrogance, miserliness, hatred, anger, aversion and so on. Our ultimate objective is to develop wisdom and to develop our qualities such as love, compassion, generosity, humility, patience and so on. We need to eliminate our defilements and to develop our qualities not only on a gross level, but most of all on a more subtle level, because it is not enough just to understand things in order to realize them. If it were enough just to understand conceptually, philosophy classes would be sufficient to change our mind. On the contrary; once we have understood things, we need to get acquainted with them on a subtle, spontaneous level.
And because of that we have meditation practices such as NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing Practice.
NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing helps us to heal from the sicknesses of body and mind; not just from the symptoms but from the causes of our suffering.
It is a spiritual practice, which means it aims at developing qualities that transcend this life and that help us to work for the benefit of all sentient beings.
The forces that we use in Self-Healing to cure the body and the mind are the power of meditation, the power of familiarization, the power of concentration, the power of visualization, the power of recitation, the power of gesture, the power of prayer, the power of blessing, the power of the truth, and the power of interdependence.
the retreat will be in main Temple and streamed
