15:00 – 17:00 Third session
Yoga is the science of self-realization, a path to take care of ourselves, of our body-mind in which we use natural energies to elevate our spirit and connect with the divine within us.
The 5 elements – earth, water, fire, wind and space – are the basis for building this path. During the week we will learn to use these energies for our personal and collective yogic path.
Knowing our nature, the changes that occur in the lunar and solar cycles and the characteristics of the places where we find ourselves is fundamental for the path of awareness and personal growth.
Each day will be dedicated to a specific element:
First day: Earth
Second day: Water
Third day: Fire
Fourth day: Wind
Fifth day: Space
Each of the yoga practices will be declined according to the element and carried out in an environment suitable for awakening the potential connected to it: asana, pranayam, meditation, chanting of mantras, Vedic rituals, yoga philosophy, advice on nutrition, self-massage and use of spices for cosmetic purposes.
Finally, on the sixth day, we will use the five elements in the kitchen to prepare foods suited to our nature and capable of restoring balance in the body-mind.
Bring comfortable clothes, a blanket, yoga mat, shoes for outdoor excursions.
Participation can be daily or for the entire workshop
Reservation required contact the reception: reception@kunpen.it
