NgalSo Self-Healing retreat of the Five Supreme Healers

The practice of NgalSo Self-Healing transmitted by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche is a method to relax and heal the body, speech and mind as well as a complete spiritual path to achieve the fully peaceful state of a buddha. This method works on the energy chnnels and five main chakras of our subtle body and aims to transform our mental defilements such as ignorance, attachment, anger, pride and fear into the positive qualities of wisdom, concentration, compassion, generosity and rejoicing. This integrated therapy system helps us to heal from the deep causes of our mental and physical suffering through the use of: meditation, concentration, visualisation, breathing, recitation, sacred gestures (mudras), colour, prayer and so on.

Here, music meets spirituality with a sound journey entrusted to the splendid artistic qualities of Giuseppe Russo Ross, a very young talent of classical music, first viola of the Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala in Milan.

The aim of the event is to revive the squares that return to being a place of meeting, of sharing, the ‘heart’ of small communities that also open up to a younger audience, who will be able to reflect on spirituality.

Giving, after the conversation, a small concert strictly in acoustic, designed specifically for the chosen places, with personal reinterpretations that will be possible to listen to only on this occasion.

The show will therefore be an absolute first, unique and unrepeatable, a production conceived and created only for the festival, a unicum in the Italian music scene.

Having graduated at 17 in violin and viola with top marks, honors and honorable mention from the “N. Piccinni” Conservatory in Bari, the Accademia Santa Cecilia in Rome and the Hochschule der Kunste in Bern, Giuseppe Russo Rossi is first viola at the Teatro Alla Scala and a teacher at the Accademia della Scala.

The course is based on the text by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche Vajrapani the Destroyer of Darkness. A panacea that cures a hundred thousand diseases.

It is an extremely powerful practice that allows us to recognize and cure our negative emotions, traumas and mental disorders, that is the projections of our subconscious. In ancient Himalayan cultures, all these factors were personified by external entities. With the practice of NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing of Vajrapani Hayagriva Garuda, archetypes of wisdom are used to help us overcome the dark aspects of our mind, thus accompanying us on the path to enlightenment.
