Special prayer ceremonies
Annual pujas with the monks of the Ganden Nyengyu lineage
Throughout the year, according to the lunar calendar, our monasteries and temples perform pujas—traditional Buddhist prayer ceremonies—that promote inner and outer peace, healing and spiritual growth. These ceremonies are conducted by the monks of the Ganden Nyengyu Lineage in India and Nepal, as well as in our Temple in Italy, benefiting both individuals and our worldwide NgalSo spiritual community (sangha).
Support these sacred ceremonies
Praying together is a precious opportunity that creates the causes for us to be united in the Dharma and develop on the spiritual path.
Your participation also helps preserve these ancient traditions, supports the monasteries and continues the legacy of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche.
You can contribute any amount through our donation link where you can:
- Choose from upcoming pujas using the dropdown menu
- You can dedicate the puja for health, a project or in memory of someone
- Donate according to your means
- Support multiple ceremonies if you wish
Request for Prayer and Dedication
How to request a prayer
To request a prayer for your health or that of another person, for the fulfilment of a project or for the passing of the bardo of a loved one who has left the body. Your prayer request will be placed in the dedication book of the Temple of Heaven on Earth, receiving the energetic benefits of all ceremonies and pujas and will be read during the guru puja for some days. Bardo prayer requests will be read for 49 days.
The importance of an offering
As has always been practiced in the tradition, when asking for prayer it is important to establish a ‘base’ or ‘substance’ for the dedication through an offering of any amount.
Book purification, healing and blessing ceremonies with monks
Book purification, healing and blessing ceremonies in homes, centres and offices during the special visit of five monks from Shar Ganden Monastery, who will be staying at our centres for a year.
