{"id":65105,"date":"2026-09-15T13:26:19","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T11:26:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kunpen.ngalso.org\/?post_type=ajde_events&#038;p=65105"},"modified":"2026-10-31T05:48:05","modified_gmt":"2026-10-31T03:48:05","slug":"workshop-di-arte-e-meditazione-2","status":"publish","type":"ajde_events","link":"https:\/\/kunpen.ngalso.org\/en\/events\/workshop-di-arte-e-meditazione-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Art and Meditation Workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Art and Meditation Workshop<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Let\u2019s learn to visualise the symbols of NgalSo Self-Healing by drawing them<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Saturday and Sunday<\/em><br \/>\n<em>from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 17.30.<\/em><br \/>\nFollowing the path of Lama Gangchen Rinpoche\u2019s NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing, we will draw the mandalas of the five elements corresponding to our five chakras, the five lotus flowers, and then the seed syllables and symbols of the five families of the Dhyani Buddhas, the Supreme Healers.<\/p>\n<p>The course is open to everyone and requires no prior experience in drawing.<\/p>\n<p>Children aged 5 and over, as well as students who have previously attended Duccio\u2019s courses, are also welcome. The teacher will ensure that each student is supported according to their individual abilities.<\/p>\n<p><em>Items to bring with you:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>An A4 sketchbook with semi-textured paper.<br \/>\nColoured pencils (green, yellow, blue, red, white).<br \/>\nA set square and a ruler.<br \/>\nA compass and an eraser.<\/p>\n<p>Bookings must be made at reception or by emailing: reception@kunpen.it<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leonardo \u2018Duccio\u2019 Ceglie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He attended art school and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, and met Lama Gangchen Rinpoche in 1984 at the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute in Pomaia. His Tibetan friend, Pempa Tsering, advised him to try painting a small Chenrezig Buddha and to present it as a gift to Lama Gangchen. The Lama immediately commissioned him to paint another Buddha, and then another, and yet another.
