This is the key mantra of the course conducted by Nabin Giri. You are invited to join a journey of body, mind and lifestyle to balance inner with cosmic energies, raise awareness on your karmic path and prepare body and mind as a vehicle for the inner voyage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic naturopathy, asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, daily rituals of gratitude and taking care of our diet, you will practice and go at the roots of ancient yoga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Biography<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nabin Giri was born in Western Nepal in 1980, grew up with grandparents in a big traditional Sanataan joint family highly rooted in the ancient Vedic civilization. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the neighborhoods, the mystic Fakirs, Yogis and shamans resided in the woods, bank of river and the hills. Graduated in Philosophy of Yoga and Naturopathy from Nepal Sanskrit University and Eastern philosophy and English literature from Tribhuvan University, he considers university education incomparable to the education received from his grandmother. Since 2020 he has lived in Cesena with his wife and two daughters offering individual and group yoga courses.
