The special energy of Tara, consort of the Supreme Healer of fear, Buddha Amogasiddhi, is the key to overcoming all outer, inner and secret fears.

Chöd empowerment

26th February

7.00am-10.30am Vajrayoghini Self-Empowerment

11.15am -1.30pm Chöd empowerment

3.30pm -5.30pm Chöd practice and Chöd tsog offering

The Chöd which is generally translated as ‘cutting the ego’ is a spiritual practice very popular in Tibet.
